We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Test Invigilator to join our team in Madrid. As a Test Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure administration of various high-stakes exams. This crucial role involves maintaining a controlled and fair testing environment, upholding the integrity of the examination process, and providing excellent support to candidates. Responsabilidades Clave

• Welcome and check-in candidates according to strict security protocols, including ID verification.
• Brief candidates on exam procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor candidates during examinations to prevent malpractice or unauthorized assistance.
• Manage unexpected situations professionally, such as technical issues or candidate queries.
• Ensure all testing equipment is operational and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all exam content and candidate information.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately, including incident reports and session logs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to test administration and security.

• Ability to enforce rules and maintain authority in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and troubleshooting.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in an invigilator, proctor, or supervisory role.
• Experience working in an educational or testing environment.
• Knowledge of examination policies and procedures.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
