We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Products team in Mahon. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for our next-generation financial products. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts with stakeholders and users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
• Advocate for user experience best practices and contribute to the evolution of our design system and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of digital products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and usability.
• Experience conducting user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in the financial services or FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation for UI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
