We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled UX Researcher to join our dynamic digital agency team in Ciutadella. This role is crucial for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in informing design decisions and strategy for a diverse range of client projects, ensuring our digital products and services are intuitive, effective, and delightful for end-users.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan, design, and conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, A/B testing).
• Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Create and communicate research artifacts such as user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and clients to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user in all stages of the design process, championing a user-centered approach within the agency and with clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices, tools, and methodologies within the agency.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience conducting a variety of user research methods (e.g., usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, field studies).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating research findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with user research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Dovetail).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful user research projects.
