We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Yoga Retreat Coordinator to join our wellness team at Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena. This is a unique live-in opportunity for an English-speaking individual passionate about yoga, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in organizing, promoting, and executing our bespoke yoga and wellness retreats, ensuring every guest enjoys a serene and transformative journey. You will be the primary point of contact for retreat participants, coordinating all aspects from arrival to departure, and embodying the spirit of luxury and tranquility that defines our brand.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of yoga and wellness retreats, including scheduling, logistics, and guest communication.
• Act as the main point of contact for retreat participants, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., F&B, Spa, Housekeeping) to ensure all retreat needs are met to the highest standards.
• Assist with the promotion and marketing of upcoming retreats through various channels.
• Manage retreat registrations, payments, and participant databases.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of yoga spaces and other retreat-related facilities.
• Help facilitate yoga sessions, workshops, and other wellness activities as needed.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of retreat offerings.
• Maintain inventory of yoga and wellness equipment.
• Handle on-site emergencies and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong passion for yoga, wellness, and healthy living.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
• Customer-service oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to live on-site for the duration of employment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Prior experience in coordinating events, retreats, or in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge or certification in yoga instruction.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Experience with booking and management software.
