We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role is crucial for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs for our diverse portfolio of international clients. The ideal candidate will be an English native speaker with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, passionate about driving performance and building strong partnerships. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and analysis, ensuring our clients achieve their growth objectives through effective affiliate channels.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand reach and performance.
• Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, providing support, creative assets, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including client services, media buying, and analytics, to integrate affiliate strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key achievements and future plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client brand guidelines across affiliate activities.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage and grow affiliate programs, delivering strong ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten Advertising).
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with international affiliate networks and global campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse client industries (e.g., e-commerce, travel, finance).
