We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team, focusing specifically on the English-speaking market. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in defining, developing, and executing our content strategy to engage, inform, and convert our target audience across various digital channels. You will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and resonates effectively with English-speaking customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. You will be based in our Salamanca office for part of the week, with flexibility for remote work.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the English market, aligned with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough audience research, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and gaps.
• Create a content calendar and manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, writing, editing, and publishing across various formats (blog posts, articles, web pages, social media, videos, whitepapers, case studies).
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product managers, designers, sales teams, legal) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., to identify areas for improvement and report on ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing innovations, and algorithm changes to continuously refine strategy.
• Manage and mentor junior content creators or freelance writers, providing clear direction and feedback.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role, specifically targeting English-speaking audiences.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Demonstrable experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and translate complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote-friendly environment.
