We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Poultry Farm Assistant to join our team in Elche. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to learn about poultry farming and contribute to the daily operations of a modern farm. As an Entry-Level Poultry Farm Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, welfare, and productivity of our poultry, working closely with experienced farm managers and staff. No prior experience in poultry farming is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the daily feeding and watering of poultry.
• Monitor bird health and report any signs of illness or injury to supervisors.
• Clean and disinfect poultry houses and equipment regularly.
• Collect eggs and prepare them for sorting and packaging.
• Maintain accurate records of feed consumption, egg production, and bird mortality.
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols.
• Support vaccination and health treatment programs under supervision.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment safely after training.
