We are seeking a creative and dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join our English-speaking team in our prestigious Sotogrande boutique. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating captivating and inspiring product displays that enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and uphold Gucci’s esteemed brand image. This role involves implementing global visual merchandising guidelines, adapting them to local market nuances, and ensuring impeccable presentation across all product categories. Responsabilidades Clave

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards according to global Gucci guidelines and directives.
• Develop and implement creative window displays, in-store product presentations, and promotional areas.
• Regularly refresh and re-merchandise displays to reflect new collections, seasonality, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the store management and sales team to understand product performance and align visual strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and organize all visual merchandising tools, props, and materials.
• Provide training and guidance to sales associates on visual merchandising principles and product presentation.
• Monitor competitor visual merchandising strategies and propose innovative ideas.
• Ensure all displays are perfectly lit, clean, and in excellent condition, reflecting the luxury standard of Gucci.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or high-end fashion.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and luxury market aesthetics.
• Demonstrated creativity, artistic flair, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic visual merchandising software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Experience working with luxury brands and understanding of premium client service.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
