Join the Camper team as a Shoe Factory Helper in our Calpe facility! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of shoe manufacturing and contribute to the creation of high-quality footwear. No prior experience is required; we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a dynamic production environment. You will support various stages of the shoe production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to our quality standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist experienced shoemakers and production staff in various tasks.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.
• Prepare materials such as leather, fabric, and components for assembly.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Clean and maintain workstations and production areas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support inventory management by organizing and moving materials.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
• Learn and adapt to new techniques and processes quickly.
