We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Asparagus Field Workers for the upcoming Spring Harvest season. This temporary position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are capable of performing manual labor in a dynamic agricultural environment. You will play a crucial role in the harvesting, sorting, and packing of asparagus, ensuring our produce meets the highest quality standards. This is a physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of asparagus according to established quality and productivity standards.
• Carefully sort and grade asparagus based on size, color, and quality criteria.
• Prepare harvested asparagus for packing, including washing and trimming.
• Pack asparagus into designated containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Assist with field maintenance tasks as needed, such as clearing debris or preparing new beds.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required and trained.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the fields.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.

• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15 kg.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, rain, heat).
