We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza. This role is critical for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI solutions, with a strong emphasis on data visualization and reporting. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will be working with international teams and data sources.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses for analysis.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the BI domain.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
