We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong B2B focus to join our growing team in Girona. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential sales leads for our various cloud solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies, utilizing a variety of tools and platforms to enrich our sales pipeline and support our sales team in achieving their targets. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for connecting businesses with innovative solutions.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Research and identify new B2B sales opportunities through various channels, including online databases, social media, industry events, and market intelligence tools.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to engage with potential clients and qualify leads.
- Understand prospect needs and pain points to effectively position Salesforce solutions and generate interest.
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce, naturally!) with accurate lead information, interactions, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance lead generation efforts.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing funnel concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
