Descripción del Trabajo
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Administrator – Legal Support to join our esteemed legal team in Barcelona. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our client and vendor contracts, supporting our lawyers in various legal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation support to execution and archival, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards of legal compliance and operational efficiency. This is an on-site position based in our Barcelona office.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Administering the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and executing agreements.
- Assisting legal counsel in negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Maintaining an organized and accurate contract database and filing system.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Preparing reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations for management review.
- Collaborating with various internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure contractual terms are met.
- Identifying potential risks and issues in contracts and escalating them to legal counsel as needed.
- Providing general administrative and legal support to the legal department.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
- Fluency in Catalan is a plus.
- Certification in Contract Management.
