We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to kick-start their career in digital marketing within a vibrant start-up environment. You will support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing social media, analyzing performance, and contributing to content creation to enhance Sherpa.ai’s brand presence and user engagement.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM).
• Support content creation for blogs, social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with our community and tracking trends.
• Help analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports on key metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Assist with website updates and basic SEO optimization tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to ensure brand consistency.
• Support the organization of virtual and in-person marketing events.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (social media, email marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and an eye for engaging content.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
• Knowledge of basic SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Basque is a plus.
