We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper / Gardener to join our property maintenance team in Platja d’Aro. This vital role involves the comprehensive care and beautification of gardens and outdoor spaces for our portfolio of luxury villas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously to ensure our clients’ properties consistently present an immaculate appearance.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform regular garden maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other ornamental plants according to seasonal schedules and design specifications.
• Manage irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water use and optimal plant health.
• Monitor for pests and diseases, applying appropriate treatments in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Maintain all gardening tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and free of debris, including paths, patios, and pool surrounds.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding the outdoor property to the property management team.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a landscaper or gardener, preferably in luxury residential or commercial settings.
• Solid knowledge of local flora, gardening techniques, and plant care.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and water management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Fluency in Spanish or Catalan.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal qualification or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
• Experience with Mediterranean plant species and drought-tolerant landscaping.
• Basic knowledge of English for communication with international clients or colleagues.
• A valid driving license for Spain.
