Descripción del Trabajo
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Salesforce. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales cycle, using various tools and techniques to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and generate qualified leads for our Account Executives. A native-level proficiency in English is essential for engaging effectively with our diverse client base.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social selling) to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Research target accounts and prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and lead qualification methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
