Are you a seasoned Scrum Master with a passion for fostering high-performing, self-organizing teams? Do you thrive in an international environment, guiding diverse groups towards agile excellence? Accenture is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our international tech team based in Mahon. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating an agile mindset, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams to continuously improve their development processes and deliver exceptional value to our global clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams and Product Owners on Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, proactively resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback loops, and adaptation within the team.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and ensure consistent application of Agile across the organization.
• Help the team manage and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner.
• Monitor team performance and progress, providing relevant metrics and reports to stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience coaching multiple agile teams in different geographical locations.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international team collaboration.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, LeSS Practitioner, PSM II/III, Agile Coach certification).
• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations or scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, TDD).
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another major European language.
