We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Software Tester / QA Analyst to join our dynamic team in Triana, Seville. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about ensuring software quality, even if you do not speak Spanish. Your primary role will involve executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver robust and reliable software solutions. We value clear communication and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking systems, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding test status, defect metrics, and potential risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure that issues are resolved correctly without introducing new defects.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
