Are you a passionate, organized, and culturally sensitive individual with a knack for planning unforgettable events? Fincas & Bodas is seeking a dedicated Wedding Coordinator to join our team in Bilbao, specifically to serve our vibrant English Expat Market. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for English-speaking clients, guiding them through every step of their wedding planning journey in Spain. From initial consultation to the final dance, you will ensure a smooth, stress-free, and truly personalized experience that reflects their unique dreams and traditions, all while navigating local customs and vendors.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the main point of contact for English-speaking expat clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor management (caterers, photographers, florists, entertainment), and timeline creation.
• Provide expert advice on Spanish wedding traditions, legal requirements, and local vendor options.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure all services are delivered within agreed parameters.
• Oversee event setup and execution on the wedding day, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and continuously expand our network of trusted suppliers.
• Handle client communications, inquiries, and problem-solving with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event schedules.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• A deep understanding of client service excellence.
