We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Poblano Pickers to join our team for the upcoming harvesting season in Reus. This vital role involves the careful and efficient picking of poblano peppers, ensuring quality standards are met from field to packing. Responsabilidades Clave

• Hand-pick poblano peppers from fields according to size, ripeness, and quality specifications.
• Carefully handle harvested produce to prevent bruising or damage.
• Place picked peppers into designated containers, ensuring proper weight and count.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Operate basic farm equipment or tools as needed, following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
• Report any crop issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
