We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Desigual boutique in the beautiful tourist hub of Santa Eulalia des Riu, Ibiza. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a flagship store in a bustling holiday destination, catering to an international clientele. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in retail management, particularly within high-traffic tourist environments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the vibrant spirit of the Desigual brand.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience, proactively addressing customer feedback and resolving issues.
• Implement effective strategies for stock control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluations for store staff.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize product presentation.
• Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal in line with brand guidelines.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Desigual's values and energy.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a tourist-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic office software.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
