We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join our international tech team in Benidorm. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in fostering agile practices, guiding multiple Scrum teams, and coaching individuals to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. You will empower our teams to deliver exceptional software solutions for our global clients, working across various cultures and time zones. This role requires a servant-leader mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Scrum and other Agile methodologies. Responsabilidades Clave

• Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Coach development teams and product owners in Agile principles and practices.
• Shield teams from external impediments and remove obstacles to progress.
• Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within teams.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected parties.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance agile adoption across the organization.
• Mentor junior team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Ensure the effective use of Agile metrics and tools to support data-driven decision making.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and other Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or Agile Coach certification.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to an international team (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
