We are seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead our esteemed Roquetas de Mar boutique. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a profound understanding of luxury retail, a passion for client service, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, managing all operational aspects, and ensuring an exquisite and unforgettable client experience consistent with Louis Vuitton’s global standards. You will cultivate a culture of excellence, mentor your team, and strategically grow the business in this vibrant market.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors, fostering a client-centric culture and promoting individual growth.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, security, and administrative duties.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are consistently delivered, building lasting relationships and client loyalty.
• Implement brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and events to drive traffic and enhance the client experience.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, ensuring the team is skilled, knowledgeable, and aligned with Louis Vuitton's values.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with global guidelines, reflecting the brand’s luxury image.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the integrity and reputation of Louis Vuitton in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within a high-end fashion or accessories boutique.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of luxury market trends, client expectations, and service excellence.
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury and client service.
