Are you a highly organized and resourceful individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? Quintessentially is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Manager to cater specifically to our English-speaking expat members in the vibrant Balearic Islands, with a primary focus on Ibiza. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for our discerning clientele, handling a diverse range of requests, from securing exclusive reservations and arranging private travel to coordinating household services and offering local insights. You will build strong relationships, understand individual preferences, and consistently deliver a personalized, high-touch experience that embodies the Quintessentially standard of excellence.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage a portfolio of English-speaking expat members, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Fulfill diverse requests, including restaurant bookings, luxury travel arrangements, event access, and bespoke experiences.
- Coordinate personal services such as private chefs, nannies, tutors, and wellness professionals.
- Provide expert local knowledge and recommendations for activities, services, and amenities in the Balearic Islands, particularly Ibiza.
- Assist with property management, relocation services, and administrative tasks for members.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively anticipate member needs and offer tailored suggestions to enhance their lifestyle.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure all member requests are actioned efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, personal assistant, or client relations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and creatively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury market, services, and lifestyle trends.
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Existing network of contacts within the luxury sector in the Balearic Islands.
