We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team in L’Escala, Girona. In this role, you will provide comprehensive visa and immigration support to our diverse client base, ensuring compliance with Spanish and international immigration laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration processes, exceptional client service skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely advice. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, advising clients on immigration strategies, and preparing all necessary documentation for various visa and residency applications.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on Spanish immigration laws, policies, and visa requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end process for various immigration applications, including work permits, residency permits, family reunification visas, and national visas.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documentation to relevant government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consulates, Immigration Offices).
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case status and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise effectively with government officials and external parties to facilitate the application process and resolve any issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration legislation and policy, both in Spain and globally, ensuring all advice is current and accurate.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management in accordance with company protocols and legal requirements.
• Support senior consultants and legal teams with research and administrative tasks as needed.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, visa services, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish immigration legislation and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, or a related discipline.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Immigration Law, European Law, or a related field.
• Fluency in Catalan or other European languages (e.g., French, German).
• Experience working with a global immigration firm or a multinational client base.
• Familiarity with immigration software or case management systems.
