We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development Consultant with a strong focus on HR Strategy to join our growing advisory team in Cartagena. In this role, you will work with clients across various sectors to design and implement innovative HR strategies and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance and foster a positive workplace culture. You will be instrumental in helping organizations adapt to change, improve efficiency, and develop their human capital to achieve strategic objectives. Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
• Design and facilitate workshops on change management, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
• Advise clients on talent management, performance management, and reward strategies.
• Lead project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for client engagements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and HR.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in organizational development or HR consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR).
