We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship Zara store in Zaragoza, Aragon. As a Retail Store Manager for an international brand, you will be instrumental in driving sales, managing store operations, and cultivating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for a high-performing team, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store. This is an on-site role that requires a strong leader with a passion for fashion and retail.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand image.
• Monitor store KPIs, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention measures.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Zara with professionalism and enthusiasm.
