Join our dynamic team as a Boat Tour Guide / Deckhand for the summer season! This dual-role position is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about the sea, customer service, and sharing the beauty of Peñíscola. You will be instrumental in providing engaging tours and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our vessels. Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely assist passengers during boarding, disembarking, and throughout the duration of the tour.
• Deliver informative and engaging commentary about local landmarks, history, and marine environment in an entertaining manner.
• Perform deckhand duties including line handling, basic maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of the vessel before and after tours.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, including adherence to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Assist the Captain with navigation, anchoring, and docking maneuvers.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vessel at all times.

• Strong commitment to customer service and passenger safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform duties in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of boating safety and willingness to learn more.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience as a boat tour guide or deckhand.
• Familiarity with the history, culture, and natural environment of Peñíscola and its surroundings.
• Basic maritime certifications (e.g., PNB, PER in Spain) or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Valencian, French, German).
