We are seeking an visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Tech Executive to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives for a critical division focusing on next-generation digital services. The CTO will be responsible for setting the technical vision, developing robust technology roadmaps, and overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with a strong blend of technical expertise, profound business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our engineering teams through complex technological landscapes.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, market demands, and emerging technological trends.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and technical leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from initial ideation and conceptualization through to successful deployment, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive the research, evaluation, and adoption of new and disruptive technologies (e.g., AI/ML, cloud computing, IoT, blockchain, edge computing) to enhance product offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and create new revenue streams.
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and strategic vendor relationships effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, and other cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and address critical business challenges, translating complex business requirements into tangible technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce robust engineering standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
• Represent the company as a key technology ambassador at industry events, conferences, and with strategic partners and stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or similar senior technology executive role within a large, complex, and fast-paced organization.
• Profound expertise in modern software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile/DevOps development methodologies.
• Extensive understanding of current and emerging technology trends, including AI/ML, big data analytics, cybersecurity, IoT, and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, inspire, and engage diverse teams at all organizational levels.
• Proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and managing high-performing engineering organizations and delivering innovative technology solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities coupled with sharp business acumen and a relentless results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.

• Prior experience specifically within the telecommunications, digital services, or high-tech industry.

• Documented track record of successfully driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
