Are you a highly motivated and articulate individual with a passion for connecting with people? Sitel Group is seeking a dedicated Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with a professional demeanor and a results-driven attitude. Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify decision-makers and generate interest in our services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives using various CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the database.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified appointments.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively engage with prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Sitel Group professionally at all times.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make outbound calls and engage prospects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
- Experience working in a remote capacity.
- Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
